How lucky am I?

On a recent photo shoot with these 3 lovely sisters, I realized how lucky I really am to be able to do what I love! We had so much fun! We probably spent more time laughing then anything else.

I knew two of these sisters when I was a teenager in Florida. They lived there for a little while and we were in youth together at church. We've recently reconnected thanks to the miracle we all call "Facebook"! Time has treated these sisters very well. We haven't seen each other for over 15 years, but I swear they still look the same!

Well, these sisters contacted me about a "Sister Shoot". I thought it was a fun idea, but I had no idea of the fun that I was in for. Seriously, hanging off the bars like a monkey? LOL! Anyways, I'm so happy to share their photos!

Really, how lucky am I?

The Lovely Ladies of LB Hunt... oh and the one lucky guy!

Meet the lovely ladies (and guy) of LB Hunt Management Group. They contacted me a little while back about updating their photos for their website. We me in the Downtown Salt Lake area, and we had the best time. They found a fun little office building with some fun colors.

As soon as we got there I knew we would have a great time. It must be a lot of fun to work in their office, because in the short amount of time I spent with them, I had a blast! I really enjoyed working with them. It's really nice to work with cooperative models, that do exactly what you tell them to do, and hold absolutely still! Makes for easy work, and a great time!

Thanks for the wonderful shoot ladies. Sorry Clay, I keep leaving you out. It was easy and great to work with you too. I may be using your location again in the near future!

Wow! I can in no way take any credit for these photos. Normally, Jeane and I go to every photoshoot together. She assists me when I do weddings, and then I assist her when we photograph families and kids. She really enjoys working with them!

Today, our son was sleeping right when we needed to leave for a photoshoot. I told my wife that she should do it on her own, and that she didn't need me. She usually likes to have me there to help with the cameras if something isn't working right. I knew she would be fine, and that this was the perfect oppurtunity to step out of her comfort zone.

Needless to say, it looks like they had a great time. Michele is a good friend, and fellow photographer, who does some great work with kids and infants. She wanted Jeane to help her with her Valentine's Day gift for her husband. I am proud to show off my wife's work from today. Great job Jeane! I hope you still want me to come on your photoshoots?

Central Utah Star!

Hayley is part of the "Utah Central Stars" dance group. We had the opportunity to take her entire family's photos a little while back, and she needed some head shots done. We were very excited to get these done for her!

All I can say is that she was a great sport. It was so cold out, but you can't tell at all by her photos. Smiling perfectly on que, and never complaining about the cold. Thanks for waking up early on your Saturday morning!

Hayley will be a featured dance soloist this year, and she is entering a competition. We wish you the best of luck with all your goals and dreams Hayley. We had a great time working with you and your mom!
