Sagapolutele Family!

Wow, this family was so fun. They were such good sports about being out in the freezing snow. When they first called me and asked for family photos, I was a little surprised, because most families don't want to go out in the cold to take photos. I figured if they were game for it, then I was too! We had a great time.

When I first met up with them, Hunter showed me that he has been practicing his smile. He is a very handsome little guy who loves his little sister a lot. We've known Fili and Pania for a long time now. Fili used to be Jeane's laughing partner when they used to work together. We also used to participate in the BYU Luau year after year, and these two were always in charge of the Maori section. They always did a great job with the music and choreography.

Well, thanks again guys for a fun photoshoot! Have a nice trip to San Diego and Merry Christmas!

Busy Holidays!

Things have been so busy lately, and I haven't had a chance to post anything lately. We have a few more photoshoots this week, and then I think it's Christmas Break time! I'll be posting some more photos soon, but even more exciting will be the big news and specials that I'll be announcing very soon!

ben, marie and kanoa

We did some engagement photos for Ben and Marie a few years back, and now here they are with their son Kanoa. What an attractive family!

Kanoa is about 6 weeks younger than Malachi and he is so cute. When he was first born, I thought he looked mostly like Ben. Now that he has grown a lot, I see a lot more of Marie in him. He still has Ben's hair though.

We had a terrific time taking their photos. Kanoa was being a little shy, but I don't blame him. It was a little cold, and I think he was awaken from a nice nap in the car.

Thanks for the great time guys!

More Fabulous Fanos!

Well, we've known the Fanos for a long time. I think I've known them for about 10 years now... right before Maria and Jr. were married. Now here they are with their 4 beautiful kids. I've had the pleasure of photographing these kids since the day they were born! They are so much fun, and photogenic!
We've been taking their family Christmas photos for the past few years, and we tried something new this year. We got so lucky with the weather. It was nice, and not too cold. We were scared it might too cold for little baby Sailiata. The 3 older kids obviously had a blast throwing rocks in the water and running around.

We really love this family. Jr. and Maria are always opening their home to us for the Holidays and other get together. Malachi loves to play with these kids the most. We see him around other kids, but for some reason when he plays with Gracie, and Toa, he gets so excited. I think he has a little boy crush on Gracie, because he loves to run and chase her. He likes to give her hugs and kisses too!
Well, we have some more photos to post, but I wanted to get this up and running, so this is just a little sneak peak! Things have been a little crazy trying to catch up since we were away so long!
Maria and Jr... Thanks for always being so kind to us. We love hanging out with you and all your family. Thanks for having some of the cutest kids in the world for us to take photos of. We love and appreciate you guys. We are so grateful for your friendship!

Super Family of four

Super, Amazing, Fantastic, Awesome... I can't think of enough superlatives to describe this family. Timo, Kim, TJ and Joshua! Words can't express how much we love this little family, but I'll give it a shot anyways.

Timo is Jeane's 2nd oldest brother, and she has always described him as very kind hearted, handsome and popular. He has connections everywhere, and everyone loves Timo. If you need something made, ask Timo. If you need a hookup when you buy a car, Timo will know someone. He is also an "All World Softball Player", who is able to hit it out of the park every time at bat!

I haven't known Timo as long as Jeane has, but from what I know of him, I would describe him in the following ways. I agree with Jeane about him being kind hearted. He always lends a hand, and offers us a place to stay when we visit. We love staying in their "Palatial Residence", with amenities that would rival any 5 star hotel. When we stay there, Timo cooks us gourmet meals, for breakfast, lunch and dinner. My personal favorite is his noodles! Timo is a terrific dad, and Malachi thinks he's an awesome uncle.

Words to describe Kim would include, hospitable, kind, cheerful, thoughtful... I would also include courteous, thrifty, and obedient, but that would make her sound like a Boy Scout. She always seems to be prepared though. She has every needful thing for her little boys. She is so much like Jeane in so many ways. I think that's why they get along so well.

I know Kim to be a fun loving person, and a terrific mother. TJ and Josh have no worries or needs when mommy is around. Jeane is always excited to take Kim's photos, and is always commenting on how pretty and photogenic she is, and I have to agree. She photographs very well.

Malachi is closest in age to his 2 cousins TJ and Josh, so he always loves playing with them, and learning to rough house a little too. It will be fun to watch these little ones grow and be favorite cousins!

"Thanks for setting up this whole photography marathon for us. We enjoyed taking photos of you, your family and friends. We always look forward to visiting with you guys. Even if we only took 1 set of photos while we were here, it would be more than well worth the visit. We always appreciate all your family does for us. Thanks for being so great!"
Love,
Maka, Jeane & Malachi
